Fahmida Nabi returns with new digital album

Popular musician Fahmida Nabi regularly releases songs on online platforms. However, she still misses the time of full audio albums including cassettes and CDs.

She has expressed her feelings about that time in various interviews. Fahmida
is returning to the old format of releasing songs after a long time.

A digital CD album with music videos of her new six original songs is being released. It has been named ‘E Shohorer Gaan’.

All the songs in the album ‘E Shohorer Gaan’ have been written by Golam Morshed. Three songs have been composed by Shams Sumon.

The remaining three have been composed by Labu Rahman, Tomal and Sajeeb Das.
Fahmida Nabi said that the music videos of six songs have been completed. The videos have been directed by Fahmida Nabi and Ashiq.

Regarding talking about this new album, Fahmida Nabi said, “Nowadays, when new songs come out, they are only released on YouTube.

But in the era of cassettes and CDs, we used to spend time with the excitement and enthusiasm surrounding the release of new songs, but that is absent in this era of YouTube.

I really miss that era of CDs and cassettes. That is why I have decided to release my new original six songs on digital CDs. Along with the CDs, the songs will also be released on YouTube on Gaan Janala.”

Fahmida Nabi also said, “The lyrics and melody of every song in this album are very good. I believe that every song will touch the hearts of the audience. I express my sincere gratitude to the lyricists, composers and everyone who is working behind the scenes on this album.”
