PM visits Daffodil Pavilion

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman visited the Daffodil Computers pavilion on Saturday. He was accompanied by Fakir Mahbub Anam, MP, Minister for the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology and the Ministry of Science and Technology; Rehan Asif Asad, ICT Adviser to the Government; and senior government secretaries.

During the visit, the Prime Minister toured Daffodil's technology exhibits, with particular focus on the laptop and ICT hardware manufacturing operations of DCL Hi-Tech.

He observed the company’s manufacturing capabilities and highly appreciated the initiative, emphasizing the importance of promoting locally manufactured technology products under ‘Made in Bangladesh’ brand in global markets.
