Pubali Bank holds 2nd managers’ conference

Pubali Bank recently held its second Managers’ Conference 2026 with branch managers, sub-branch managers and Islamic banking window managers under its Barisal region.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Pubali Bank, attended the event as chief guest, according to press release.

Md Faizul Hoque Sharif, General Manager of the General Banking and Operations Division, attended as special guest.

Muhammed Moshahidullah, Regional Head and Deputy General Manager of Barisal Region, presided over the conference.

Senior officials of the bank and branch managers from the Barisal region were also present.

The conference discussed the progress of the bank’s business activities, deposit and loan growth, improvement in customer service, reduction of non-performing loans, expansion of digital banking and strategies to achieve business targets for 2026.

Speaking at the conference, Mohammad Ali urged branch managers to perform their duties with dedication and professionalism to improve customer service standards, ensure good governance and achieve sustainable growth through collective efforts.
