Standard Islami Bank holds 428th board meeting

The 428th board meeting of Standard Islami Bank PLC was held on Sunday at the bank’s head office, Dhaka.

Vice chairman of the board of directors Gulzar Ahmed presided over the meeting.

It was attended by directors Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Ashok Kumar Saha, Ferozur Rahman, SA MD Hossain, Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Md Zahedul Hoque, Ferdous Ali Khan, Ashit Kumar Saha, Jhahedul Alam, and independent directors Golam Hafiz Ahmed & Khondoker Rumy Ehsanul Huq, according to press release.

Md Sharafat Ullah Khan, observer of Standard Islami Bank PLC & director (PSD) of Bangladesh Bank, also attended the meeting.

Riad Mahmud Chowdhury, managing director; Md Siddiqur Rahman, additional managing director, and Md Mizanur Rahman, company secretary of the bank, were also present at the meeting.
