NCC Bank holds 10 th shari’ah committee meeting

The 10 th meeting of the Shari’ah Supervisory Committee of NCC Bank was held at the Board Room of NCC Bank Bhaban recently.

Chairman of the Shari’ah Supervisory Committee Dr. H.M. Shahidul Islam Barakati presided over the meeting. Chairman of the Bank, Md. Nurun Newaz Salim, and Director & Chairman of the Executive Committee, Khairul Alam Chaklader, were present at the meeting. Members of the Shari’ah Supervisory Committee, Dr. Md. Anwar Hossain Molla and Dr. Muhammad Shahjahan Madani, also attended the meeting.

Managing Director of the Bank, M. Shamsul Arefin, Additional Managing Director, M. Khurshed Alam, Deputy Managing Directors Md. Zakir Anam, Mohammed Mizanur Rahman and Md. Habibur Rahman, along with EVP & Shari’ah Secretary Abul Quasem Md. Safiullah, were also present.

During the meeting, various deposit and investment products and services offered under NCC Islamic Banking were reviewed in detail and duly approved in compliance with Shari’ah principles.
