Pragati Insurance 40th AGM held

Syed M. Altaf Hussain, Chairman of Pragati Insurance PLC presiding over the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Thursday through digital platform.

Syedur Rahman, Mohammed Abdul Malek, Nasir Latif, Nigar Jahan Chowdhury, Syed Muhammad Jan, Farida Akther, Independent Directors Mahbub Anam, Prof. Shamsun Naher, PhD & Advisor Md. Rezaul Karim, CEO (Acting) Sharif Mustaba, Head of Admin & HRM Major Sadat Md. Musa, psc (retd.), CFO Mr. Amar Krishna Shil, FCA, Company Secretary Mr. Mohammad Jafar Ali, FCS and a good number of shareholders participated in the 40th AGM through digital platform, according to a media release.

The shareholders approved 27 percent Cash & 3 percent Stock dividend for its shareholders for the year 2025.
