Premier Bank achieves Tk 1,678 cr deposits in 38 working days

Premier Bank PLC, as part of its ‘Deposit and Recovery Campaign 2026,’ achieved Tk 1,678.48 crore in new deposits within just 38 working days, from April 1 to May 31.

This total includes retail deposits of Tk 1,087.58 crore, corporate deposits of Tk 486.46 crore, and SME deposits of Tk 104.44 crore, said a press release.

Additionally, from January to May 31, the bank recovered approximately Tk 665 crore in defaulted loans.
