Didarul Alam made DUJ acting gen secy

Dhaka Union of Journalists (DUJ) has appointed Didarul Alam Didar as its acting general secretary.
DUJ General Secretary Khurshed Alam will leave Dhaka for Saudi Arabia on May 19 to perform the holy Hajj.

He will remain absent until he completes the pilgrimage and returns to the country. During this period, Joint General Secretary and Chief Reporter (Bangla) of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha Didarul Alam Didar will serve as acting general secretary of the organisation.

The responsibility was formally assigned through a letter issued by Khurshed Alam on Saturday.
