National Finance appoints Kazi Ahsan Khalil as Independent Director

National Finance PLC appoints Kazi Ahsan Khalil as an Independent Director of the Company.

Kazi Khalil brings over 37 years of experience in the banking sector, including 19 years in senior management roles. His expertise spans leadership, corporate governance, risk management, and business development.

He previously served as Managing Director and CEO of Meghna Bank PLC and has held Deputy Managing Director positions at NRB Commercial Bank PLC, Modhumoti Bank PLC, Premier Bank PLC, and NRB Bank PLC.

Khalil holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Dhaka and has received multiple recognitions for his contributions to the banking industry.

National Finance PLC believes his extensive experience and leadership will further strengthen the Company’s governance and strategic direction.
