Kool-BSJA Media Cup Football Tournament begins on May 3

The Kool-BSJA Media Cup Football Tournament will begin on May 3 at the BFF Artificial Turf in Motijheel.

Bangladesh Sports Journalists Association (BSJA) will arrange the football competition under auspices of Square Toiletries Limited.

Marking the upcoming football meet, a press conference was held at the Dutch-Bangla Bank Auditorium in Bangladesh Olympic Association Bhaban on Thursday.

President of BSJA Arifur Rahman Babu, General Secretary of BSJA SM Sumon, Convener of the Tournament Committee Raihan Al Mughni, Senior Brand Manager of Square Toiletries Limited Md Adib Bin Shahid were present at the conference, among others.

A total of 32 teams splitting into eight groups will take part in the football tournament for the journalists.

Champions of the eight groups will get tickets to play in the quarter-finals.

The winners of the quarter-finals will play in the semi-finals. The winners of the semi-finals will face each other in the final.

The winning team of the final will be the champions of the football meet. The final will be held on May 7.
