406th Board Meeting of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC held

Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC holds its 406th board meeting at corporate head office of the Bank in the capital on Wednesday. Mohammed Younus, Chairman of ShahjalalIslami Bank among others were present at the meeting.

The 406th meeting of the Board of Directors of ShahjalalIslami Bank PLC held on Wednesday The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mohammed Younus.

The Board of Directors have approved the audited financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2025 and based on that 13 per cent cash dividend has been recommended for the Shareholders of the Bank.

Besides the Board approved a number of investment proposal. Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mohiuddin Ahmed & Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, the Directors Md. SanaullahShahid, AkkasUddinMollah, KhandakerShakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. TowhidurRahman, Md. MoshiurRahmanChamak, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Abdul Hakim, the Independent Directors NasirUddin Ahmed & Md. ReazulKarim were present in the meeting.

Besides, the Managing Director MoslehUddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
