Standard Islami Bank PLC, a leading Shariah-based financial institution, recently organized an executive development programmer, “Leadership Style & Management Principles of Best Organizations”, attended by senior executives, divisional heads, and select branch managers.
MdSiddiqurRahman, Acting Managing Director, served as keynote speaker at the Standard Islami Bank Learning Centre, where the event was held.
The initiative aimed to enhance leadership capabilities and foster a culture of excellence across the organization.
The programmer focused on strengthening the managerial skills of participants through in-depth discussions on management styles, leadership qualities, service diversity, and effective strategies adopted by top global organizations for sustained success.
