Kangana backs with ‘Queen’

Kangana Ranaut has fallen behind as an actress since she entered the political arena.

In June 2024, she was elected as a Member of Parliament from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. After that, she was busy with politics most of the time.

Since Kangana joined politics, the number of her films has decreased. Even
the interest of the audience in her films has decreased.

Kangana has released one film so far after entering politics. It was directed by her. The film named ‘Emergency’ came out in January last year. However, it was a flop at the box office.

At this juncture in her acting career, Kangana is now looking back. She is bringing a sequel to her hit film ‘Queen’, which was released in 2014.

‘Queen’ was the story of Delhi girl Rani’s solo trip to Paris and Amsterdam, which gave her confidence back.

However, the story of ‘Queen’ sequel will be limited to India. This time, Rani will be seen traveling to different parts of India, where she will rediscover herself amidst the diversity of her country.

Bollywood Hungama reported that initially the sequel was named ‘Queen Forever’. After working on the script for a long time, the makers have finally decided to start shooting.

The shooting of the film will start from the last week of this month in various locations in India.

In this new journey of the ‘Queen’, some beautiful places from North India to South India will be used as backdrops. Vikas Bahl will be directing. He was also the director of the previous film.
