Honey coated potato balls
Method of preparation:
Add water and salt to the Vegit Aloo Mash and stir well, keep aside for 10 minutes.
Divide into 15 equal portions. Shape into balls. Deep fry in hot oil till golden, drain and keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add the sesame seeds, roast lightly, add dry red chilli pieces.
Add the honey and sweet chilli sauce and heat for 3-4 minutes on a low flame stirring continuously.
Add the fried balls and toss.
