Sabnam Faria’s Post: ‘If you ever get married again after divorce, they say it won’t last’

At a time when the death of TV actor Zaher Alvi’s wife Iqra is being discussed across
the country, popular TV and OTT actress Sabnam Faria has made a suggestive post
on social media.

In a post, Faria wrote, “Everyone feels sorry when someone commits suicide! And when someone gets divorced without committing suicide, they say, ‘You’re a bad girl, you’re a loser, you couldn’t save the marriage even for the sake of the child, if you don’t give up, the marriage won’t last, girls of this era are learning more about feminism, blah blah.”

Sabnam Faria also mentioned in her post, if she ever marries again after a divorce, she says, “What number is this marriage, we’ll see how long this one will last, don’t be so arrogant about your son-in-law, this one won’t last either, blah blah.”

The actress has raised questions about the society’s two-faced behaviour in the wake of netizens’ thoughts and Iqra’s suicide.

It is worth noting that the country’s showbiz scene is in turmoil over the suicide of Afra Ivnath Khan Iqra, wife of small screen actor Zaher Alvi.

Since Iqra’s death, there has been widespread discussion on social media about the relationship between actor Zaher Alvi and his colleague Iffat Ara Tithi.

Allegedly, this tragic incident occurred due to a marital dispute caused by Tithi’s extramarital affair with Alvi.

A section of showbiz related people have demanded exemplary punishment for the culprits in this incident.
