May we not be repeatedly subjected to obstacles: Bhabna
Entertainment Report :
Popular glamorous actress Ashna Habib Bhabna has been in the news for her outspoken nature and unconventional philosophy of life since the beginning of her career.
Recently, while participating in an event, the actress spoke candidly about the harsh truths of life, childhood memories, and the current busyness of her career.
In the interview, Bhabna said, “As you grow older, life slowly becomes clearer to you.
And when life becomes clearer, you start to feel sad. When you were a child, everything seemed true, it seemed beautiful. Now, what I see as true also seems false.”
In her words, “In Old Dhaka, it was like a festival for landlords and tenants to gather together and eat Iftar with a big ball of rice. There was a kind of comfort and humanity in that.”
Bhabna explained the reason for her presence in the context of the social awareness campaign ‘Ek Takai Ahar’.
She feels that when artistes or well-known faces stand up for such events, the wealthy of the society are inspired.
She calls sharing food with underprivileged children as enjoyable as having Iftar with her own family.
She also said, “Those who want to dance should be able to dance, those who want to paint should be given that freedom. We should not be subjected to repeated obstacles.”
The actress demanded a bigger platform and a fair working environment for artistes.
Bhabna is bringing a new surprise for the audience on the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr.
She said that she will be seen in two different web films directed by Sumon Dhar and Shahriar Nazim Joy on Eid. The actress is quite optimistic about both the works.
