A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was inked between Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (BCSIR) and Coppin State University of US in presence of Finance Secretary Dr. Md Khairuzzaman Mozumder and Science and Technology Secretary Md Anwar Hossain in the conference room of Science and Technology Ministry in the capital on Tuesday.
