Priyanka’s new song in monsoon
Sheikh Arif Bulbon :
Dr Priyanka Gope is a National Film Award-winning and popular musician. She is an Associate Professor in the Department of Music, University of Dhaka. She is currently serving as the chairman of this department.
A very beautiful original song titled ‘Aji Nemechhe Adhar’ has been released on ‘Priyanka Gope Official’ YouTube channel in the wake of the monsoon.
The song was written by Md Rajibul Hasan, composed by Sonali Roy, and the music was arranged by Binod Roy.
The song is danced by Umme Humaira Uponyash. The music video of the song is directed by Iftekhar Munim.
Regarding the song, Priyanka Gope told this correspondent, “I liked the song very much when it was first released. I think there should be songs in the classical, semi-classical, raga-dominant, or classic melody genres.
I would say that there should be some songs like this in this period, because if this specific time is discussed in the future, then it will become a nightmare.
From that thought, from that place
of responsibility, the song ‘Aji Nemechhe Adhar’ was composed. I have done this kind of song before. I have been waiting for this song for a long time.
It is a big budget work for my small channel till now. Who knows how Rajib Bhai wrote such a beautiful song! Sonali Di also started to get heartbroken.
Binod Da, Pallab Da and Mamun added a touch of magic to it. Munim Bhai made a beautiful video with love. Forkan Bhai’s camera manipulation is also a marvel.
And the blue fairy you saw on screen with me, that day in the scorching heat, she (Uponyaash) burned her feet with a hot shower and danced in a beautiful way.
Sumon has decorated us, and thanks and gratitude to everyone. Everyone in the production, my husband, Dina, Farid Bhai, Sajib – my gratitude to everyone, thank you. I am happy if you like it.”
