Union Bank holds its39th meeting

The 39thBoard Meeting of the newly formed Board of the Directors of Union Bank PLC was held at the bank’s head office in the capital on Tuesday. Chairman of the Board of the Directors of the bank Md. Fariduddin Ahmed presided over the meeting says a press release.

Chairman of the Board Risk Management Committee Mr. Md. Humayun Kabir,Independent Directors Dr. Md. Shahidul Islam Zahid, Mohammad Saiful Alam andManaging Director& CEO of the bank Mohd. Humayun Kabir were present in the meeting.Deputy Managing Director Shafiuddin Ahmed attended the meeting on the occasion.In the meeting, important decisions were taken for the purpose of expanding the bank’s business and improving the quality of customer service.
