UCB Investment facilitates Tk 450cr bond issuance for Trust Bank

UCB Investment Limited has arranged the issuance of the “TBL 7th Subordinated Bond” valued at BDT 450 crore for Trust Bank PLC. The closing ceremony of this significant financial milestone was held at the headquarters of Trust Bank PLC in the capital.
The funds raised through this bond will enhance Trust Bank PLC’s Tier II capital, bolstering its financial foundation and enabling the bank to drive business growth. This strategic initiative will allow the bank to expand its customer reach and contribute more effectively to the economic progress of Bangladesh.
The event was attended by prominent figures, including Ahsan Zaman Chowdhury, Managing Director of Trust Bank PLC, and Tanzim Alamgir, Founding Managing Director and CEO of UCB Investment Limited, alongside senior officials from both organisations.
