Tamim set to face Shakib in Legends Ninety Cricket League

Recently retired from international cricket, Tamim Iqbal is set to participate in the upcoming Legends Ninety Cricket League, a tournament featuring former international cricketers.

The league will also see Tamim reunite with his long-time teammate Shakib Al Hasan, despite their well-documented strained relationship.

Tamim announced his second retirement during the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) amidst discussions about his inclusion in the Champions Trophy squad.

This paved the way for his participation in the Legends League. He will play for the Big Boys Unikari team in the tournament, scheduled to be held in Raipur, India, in February.
