Midland Bank deals with “Easy to Europe” and “TripZik Limited”

Midland Bank PLC. signed of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with “Easy to Europe” and “TripZik Limited”at the Board Room of the Head Office of the Bank on Sunday.
Under the MoU, “Easy to Europe” and “TripZik Limited”, will use the robust online Cash Management solution of MDB “Midland Cash Management (MCM)” for conducting their daily business banking and cash management activities nationwide, says a press release.
“Easy to Europe”is a consultancy firm facilitating documentation, relocations and job facilities for clients aiming to establish a presence in Europe, especially in Germany.TripZik Ltd. is a travel company dedicated to crafting seamless travel experiences for clients. From arranging tours, visas, flight tickets, and accommodations to providing complete domestic and international travel packages, TripZik are committed to making every journey memorable.
Mohd. Javed Tarek Khan, Head of Institutional Banking Division, Midland Bank PLC and Md Zahid Hasan, Proprietor of Easy To Europe and Managing Direct of TripZik Limited. and Fazley Rabbi, Chairman of Tripzik Limited signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organization at the Head office of the Bank in a simple ceremony held on 12.12.2024.
Mohammad Hassibur Rahman, Head of Cash Management, Mohammed Rashadul Anwar, Head of Public Relations Division and Ashrafur Rahman, Relationship Manager of Midland Bank PLC. were also present at the MoU Signing Ceremony.
