Investigation against Bibidil Girls High School head teacher

The 3-member investigation committee headed by the upazila education officer Mohiuddin Ahmed has submitted a report after investigating various irregularities and corruption including misappropriation of money, fraud, dishonest behavior against the head teacher of Bibidil Girls High School of Lalabazar Union of Dakshin Sarma Upazila Sylhet.
The guardians of Bibidil Girls High School, dignitaries of the area, teachers-employees and students complained of various irregularities and corruption against Saiful Islam to the Deputy Commissioner of Sylhet. In view of this, the Deputy Commissioner ordered the South Surma Upazila Executive Officer to investigate the complaint.
UNO convened upazila education officer Mohiuddin Ahmad and formed an investigation committee with 3 members.
After a long investigation, the investigation report submitted to the relevant branch of the Sylhet administrator’s office has mentioned that various irregularities and corruption including embezzlement, fraud, disrespectful behavior and other irregularities and corruption have been found against the head teacher Saiful Islam. The report also recommends taking necessary action against the accused head teacher Saiful Islam.
Dakshin Surma Upazila Nirbahi Officer Urmi Roy confirmed the submission of the report.
It is to be noted that previously the head teacher Saiful Islam submitted his resignation letter to the Dakshin Surma Upazila Nirbahi Officer Urmi Roy. Also, two separate cases are pending in the Sylhet Metropolitan Magistrate 3rd Court and the District Judge’s Court against Saiful Islam, the head teacher of Bibidil High School.
