BUFT Chairman meets Chinese Embassy officials

A team of BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology (BUFT) led by Muzaffar U Siddique, the founder Chairman of BUFT visited the Chinese embassy in the capital recently.
The Cultural Counselor of the embassy Chen Shuang and the Second Secretary, Huang Lei, Cultural Section of the embassy discussed with them about a collaboration visit to Wuhan Textile University of China. BUFT team elaborated the role of the university in promoting RMG and Textile related education in Bangladesh.
They have also discussed various issues related to the fashion education in China and the possibility of collaboration with some other Chinese Universities.
Among others Faruque Hassan, Member BOT, Prof Dr Syed Masud Husain, Vice Chancellor, BUFT and Prof Dr Engr Ayub Nabi Khan, Pro – Vice Chancellor, BUFT were present in the meeting.
