Nandail upazila Awami league President Major General Abdus Salam ( Retd) RCDS PSC nominited by Bangladesh Awami league from Nandail constituency got 79 thousands 429 votes and his closest rival is Anwarul Abedin Khan Tuhin, an independent candidate, got 59 thousands 489 votes in Egale symbol. Boat candidate Major General (Retd) Abdus Salam RCDS PSC won the seat.
