Sheikh Akhter promoted as the new NBL DMD

Sheikh Akhter Uddin Ahmed has been promoted to the position of Deputy Managing Director at National Bank Limited recently.

Previously, he held the role of Senior Executive Vice President & Head of the Human Resource Division.

With over 25 years of diverse banking experience, encompassing Foreign Exchange Operations, Credit Operations, Foreign Remittance, General Banking, and Overseas Operations, Mr. Akhter began his career as a Probationary Officer at National Bank Limited in 19980.
