Handball training course inaugurated

BSS, Dhaka :
The month-long Under-17 and Under-18 residential handball training course began on Tuesday at the Shaheed (Captain) M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium with the budding handball players (boys’ and girls’) an aim to improve the game.

National Sports Council Secretary Parimal Singh inaugurated the training activities as the chief guest, said a press release.

General Secretary of Bangladesh Handball Federation (BHF) Asaduzzaman Kohinoor, its Vice-President Nurul Islam, Assistant General Secretary SM Khalekuzzaman, Executive Member Selim Mia Babu were, among others, present in the opening ceremony.

A total of 40 boys and 35 girls are participating in the training course, organised by BHF.

National Handball Trainer Naibul Islam Rubel will conduct the entire course activities under the BHF.
