BOU, GAZIPUR: A memorandum of understanding was signed between Bangladesh Open University and Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Open University, Kolkata, India recently. Vice-Chancellor (Education) of the Bangladesh’s university Mahbuba Nasreen and Manan Kumar Mandal of the Indian university represented from each side at the signing ceremony.
