Old songs are being praised in Luipa’s voice

The new modern songs in the voice of this generation’s popular singer Zinia Zafrin Luipa are spreading fascination among the audience.

Similarly old popular songs rendered by different artistes are being appreciated again in Luipa’s voice. These types of songs are known by the audience as cover song.

Luipa was one of the few artistes of this generation to sing a song by Runa Laila, a renowned musician of the subcontinent.

Luipa got the chance to render the song titled ‘Ei Dekha Shesh Dekha,’ which tune and music were composed by Runa Laila and lyrics were written by Gazi Mazharul Anwar.

Raja Kasheff arranged music of the song, which was released under the banner of Dhrubo Music Station.

Runa Laila’s birthday was last November 17. As a tribute to her on her birthday, Luipa released Runa Laila’s popular song ‘Jokhon Thambe Kolahol’.

This song in Luipa’s voice has been well received by the audience. The song was written by Masud Karim and composed by Subol Das. The cover song rendered by Luipa, released in ‘Luipa Officials’, has enjoyed more than five lakh views so far.

Those who heard this song also appreciated her singing.

In Luipa’s voice include cover songs of popular songs rendered by other artistes like Kanakchapa rendered songs ‘Tumi Mor Jiboner Bhabona’, ‘Tumi Aamar Emone Ekjon’, Nirmala Mishra’s song ‘Tomar Akash Duti Chokhe’, Chitra Singh rendered songs ‘Aamar Chokher Joler Majhe’, ‘Akash Meghe Dhaka’ got popularity among the audience.

However, Begum Akhtar’s song ‘Jostna Korechhe Aari’ released from in Ganchil Music on July 31, 2017 has gained more popularity as a cover song in Luipa’s voice.

The new music of the song was arranged by Autumnal Moon. The video was produced by Shahrear Polock and Raju Raj was in cinematography.

After hearing this song, Runa Laila praised the rendering style of Luipa very much. For this song, Luipa got the opportunity to sing automatically on the tune of Runa Laila.

Luipa told this correspondent, “When I did that song I tried to sing with maximum attention. To be honest,
I could not learn anything in life except singing.

So, I try to sing that song well.

When I get praise for this song, I get the love of the audience – then the mind is filled with joy.

My life will be trying to live among the audience with music.”
