Sheep distributed among the needy in Lalpur

Lalpur (Natore) Correspondent :

Cash and 60 sheep were distributed among 30 distressed women in Gopalpur of Lalpur Upazila of Natore district.

On Sunday, Gopalpur municipality Mayor Roksana Mortaza Lilly gave Tk. 10,000 in cash and 2 sheep to each of the 30 distressed women at the Gopalpur municipality premises.

Local dignitaries including Zahidul Islam, Associate Manager of Dhaka Amal Foundation were present at the time.

Municipal Mayor Roksana Mortaza Lilly said that cash and sheep were distributed under the initiative of Amal Foundation of Dhaka.
