BNP made people hostage of their evil politics: Hasan

Information and Broadcasting Minister and Awami League (AL) Joint General Secretary Dr Hasan Mahmud on Tuesday said BNP has made hostage common people to pursue their evil politics.

He told reporters at Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery here after visiting the victims of arson attacks during the blockade programme of BNP-Jammat, reports BSS.

Dr Hasan visited the hospital at the instruction of Prime Minister and AL President Sheikh Hasina to inquire about the condition and treatment of the arson victims.

The minister said doctors of the institute under the supervision of its Chief Coordinator Dr Samanto Lal Sen is providing treatment to the victims and the government is bearing all costs of the treatment.
