Weather may remain dry over country

Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country, said a met office forecast for the next 24hours begins from 9am on Tuesday.

Night temperature may rise slightly and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, reports BSS.

Country’s maximum temperature on Monday was recorded 34.0 degree celsius at Sitakunda and minimum temperature on Tuesday was recorded 14.8 degree celsius at Tetulia.

A low pressure area has formed over Southeast Bay and adjoining area.

It is likely to intensify.
