Community Policing Day observed in C’nawabganj

With the moto “Making police-people unity to build a smart Bangladesh” Community Policing Day-2023 was observed on Saturday in Chapainawabganj in a befitting manner.
In observance of the day, a colourful rally was taken out from the office of the Superintendent of Police (SP) in the morning under the arrangement of Chapainawabganj District Police. After parading the main roads of the town the rally ended at Chapainawabganj Club where a discussion meeting was held. SP of Chapainawabganj Md. Saidul Hasan presided over the meeting while Law Maker from Chapainawabganj -3 (Sadar) Constituency Md. Abdul Wadud attended it as chief guest.
Besides, Law Maker from Chapainawabganj -1 (Shibganj) Constituency Dr. Samil Uddin Ahmed Shimul, Chairman of Chapainawabganj Zila Parishad valiant freedom fighter Md. Ruhul Amin and Local Government Deputy Director Debendranath Orao attended as special guests.
Among others, valiant freedom fighter Adv Abdus Samad, Shibganj Upazila Chairman Syed Nazrul Islam and Nachole Upazila Chairman Md. Abdul Kader spoke on the occasion.
