CHANDPUR: A total of 17 teen agers among 143 fishers were detained along with mother Hilsa and illegal nets by Chandpur Naval Police and Upazila Taskforces for netting mother Hilsa defying government ban in the Meghna-Padma rivers in Chandpur, Matlab and Haimchar Upazilas recently.
