Dry weather likely to continue: Met office

Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) today predicted that weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in the next 24 hours commencing from 9am on Tuesday.

Day temperature may remain nearly unchanged and night temperature may rise slightly over the country, reports BSS.

The met office bulletin also predicted that the dry weather is likely to continue.

Country’s maximum temperature on Monday was recorded 34.8degrees Celsius at Sitakunda, and today’s minimum temperature 17.0degrees Celsius was recorded at Tetulia.

However, no rainfall was traced anywhere across the country in the last 24 hours till 6am on Tuesday.
