SCC Rotary Club distributes educational materials in Lalabazar

Educational materials have been distributed to 3 educational institutions of Lalabazar Union of South Surma Upazila in Sylhet district under the initiative of Rotary Club of Sylhet City.

Rawshon Ahmad, Acting Chairman of No. 6 Lalabazar Union Parishad, inaugurated the educational materials distribution program at Sheikh Farid Ansari (R:) Kindergarten School of the Union on Sunday morning.

Sheikh Farid Ansari (R:) Kindergarten School Director Abdul Amin presided over the event and Rotary Club of Sylhet City President Rotarian S A Shofiee conducted the Programme.

School head teacher Fakhrul Islam, assistant teacher Marjan Ahmad spoke.

In the beginning, Surman Ahmad recited from the Holy Quran.

Later, educational materials were distributed to Lalabazar Kindergarten School under the initiative of Rotary Club of Sylhet City.

Pir Faizul Haque Iqbal, former chairman of No. 6 Lalabazar Union Parishad, was present as the chief guest.Director of Lalabazar Kindergarten School Aminur Rahman Chowdhury Shipta spoke at the event under the chairmanship of Rotary Club of Sylhet City President Rotarian SA Shafi, Sheikh Farid Ansari (R:) Director of Kindergarten School Abdul Amin, School Principal Shihab Uddin.

In the beginning, assistant teacher Mamun Kabir Milon recited from the Holy Quran.

Educational materials were distributed at Alhaj Raich Mia School and College at 2 o’clock by the initiative of Rotary Club of Sylhet City.

Rotarian SA Shafi, president of Rotary Club of Sylhet City, was present as the chief guest.

Managing Committee member Abdul Ahad, social worker Abdullah Al Fahed attended the discussion under the chairmanship of school and college head teacher Israel Ali Badal. School and college teachers Habibur Rahman, Saqib Al Hasan, Habibe Millat, Sabina Yasmin, Milton Acharya, Ruhel Ahmad, Soma Khanam, Sultana Begum, Ruma Khanam, were present in the meeting under the direction of Abdal Ahmed Azad, secretary of the school’s assistant teacher and secretary of Generation Bridge Bandhan Bharout. Ruma Begum, Rimi Begum, Milli Begum, Khaled Ahmed etc.

Educational materials were distributed among more than 3 hundred students of 3 educational institutions of the union.
