



Bangladesh Women’s Cricket team secured the three-match T20 International (T20I) series against Pakistan with a game to spare when they clinched a 20-run victory in the second match at Zahur Ahmed Chowhdury Stadium in Chattogram on Friday.
Bangladesh won the first match by five wickets at the same venue.
Thanks to a total team game effort, they defended 120-6 by restricting Pakistan Women’s Cricket team to 100-7 to clinch their first ever series victory against the subcontinent rivals.
Shorna Akter was the top-scorer for the side with 27 not out, while opener Murshida Khatun made 20.
Ritu Moni chipped-in-with 19.
Diana Beg was the most successful bowler for Pakistan with 2-34.
