Three workers electrocuted in Brahmanbaria

BSS, Brahmanbaria :

Three construction workers were electrocuted at Terkanda village under Sarail upazila of the district recently.

The deceased were identified as Lokman Mia, 29, resident of Nijsarail area under Sadar Union of the upazila, Amjad, 18, resident of the same area and Sharif, 15, resident of Zilkudar Para village of the upazila.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Sarail Police Station Mohammad Emranul Islam said the construction workers came in contact with a live electric wire when they were working at the house of Barkat Ali in Terkanda village around 3.30pm.
