59 critical patients received Tk 34 lakh in Kulaura

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s gift financial assistance has been distributed for the treatment of indigent children, women and men suffering from various complex diseases in Kulaura Upazila of Moulvibazar.

Chief Guest Prime Minister’s Protocol Officer-2 Abu Zafar Raju distributed a check of Tk 34 lakh 50 thousand among 59 helpless patients of the upazila in the organization of Upazila Administration and Upazila Social Service Office on Thursday.

Under the chairmanship of UNO Md. Mahmudur Rahman Khondokar Addressing the chief guest at the meeting held at the Zilla Parishad Auditorium under the Direction of Upazila Social Service Officer Pranes Chandro Borma.

Upazila Awami League General Secretary ASM Kamrul Islam, Vice Prasident Orobindo Gush Bindu, Organizer Secretary Bodrul Islam Bodor, Upazila Women Vice Chairman Fateha Ferdous Chowdhury Popy, Kulaura Sadar UP Chairman Mosaddiq Ahmad Numan, Sinior Journalist Md Sakil Rasid Chowdury and Kulaura Upazila Press Club Office Secretary Rafiqul Islam Mamun, spoke as special guests on the occasion.
