Appeal against PBI report against Tanjin Tisha, hearing to resume on Oct 20

The appeal filed against the Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) investigation report in the case filed against actress Tanjin Nahar Tisha for fraud, breach of trust and intimidation will be heard again on October 20.

On Thursday, the judge held a partial hearing after the plaintiff filed an objection in the court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sefatullah of Dhaka.

Later, he ordered the plaintiff to produce all the witnesses in the case and fixed October 20 for the next hearing.

Plaintiff’s lawyer Shuvro Sinha Roy confirmed the matter and said that an objection has been filed against the PBI investigation report.

The judge, after a partial hearing on the application, ordered the witnesses
to be produced in court on October 20.
