Tushi sings Runa Laila’s song after Luipa after 12 years

In 2010, the beloved music enthusiast and talented artiste Jinia Jafrin Luipa had participated in the singingcompetition ‘Shera Kontho’.However, her journey took anunexpected turn as she left the stage early.

Notably, during that time, in the movie ‘Devdas’ directed by Chashi Nazrul Islam, the enchanting song ‘Payer E Nupur Aamar Jadu Jane’ was voiced by Runa Laila.

In this scene, the song was lip-synced by the venerable actress Anwara. Also, the character of Devdas was portrayed by the skilled actor Bulbul Ahmed.

It was during this time that Runa Laila complimented Luipa’s rendition of the song,stating, “Luipa, you’ve sung this song beautifully.”

Though Luipa faced an early exit from ‘Shera Kontho’, she regained entry through her remarkable performance of the song, earningthe approval of the judges, including Sabina Yasmin and Emon Saha

.However, this time the song has been rendered by Tushi.

The song ‘Payer E Nupur Aamar Jadu Jane’ was written by Mohammad Rafiquzzaman.
