Police arrest a drug dealer at Gafargaon

Pagla thana police arrested a drug dealer with 195 pills of Yaba tablets and a convicted of 3-year sentence in a separate operation.

On Friday noon they were sent to Mymensingh jail through the court.

Arrested was Md. Jasim Uddin,35,son of Azem Uddin of Kandi village of Mashakhali Union and Al-Amin, 28,son of deceased Achmat Ali of Jhalapaja village of Pagla police station.

It is known that the accused Md. Jasim Uddin, who was sentenced to 3 years, was in hiding for 15 years in Tikatoli area of Dhaka.

Police arrested him from that area on Thursday based on secret information.

In another operation, Al-Amin of Jhalpaja village of Pagla police station was arrested while selling drugs.

During the search of his body 195 Yaba tablets were recovered.
