Mithun Chakraborty lost his mother

Indian renowned actor Mithun Chakraborty’s mother Shantirani Devi breathed her last on Thursday in Mumbai. According to media reports, she was suffering from geriatric
problems for quite a long time.
The news was shared to the media
by Trinamool Congress spokesperson, Kunal Ghosh.
Taking to his social media account, the politician Konal Ghosh wrote, “Heartfelt condolences to Mithun Chakraborty for the loss of his mother. May Mithun da and his family bear this deep grief.”
Many fans, friends and celebrities have already swarmed social media, showing their condolences.
Mithun Chakraborty is currently busy shooting the new season for the popular reality show ‘Dance Bangla Dance’ where he has joined as a judge.
The television series is already airing its 12th season.
The actor was last seen on the silver screen in Avijit Sen’s movie ‘Projapoti’. The movie also starred Dev, Mamata Shankar and Koneenica Banerjee.
