Bangladesh to play in final of Five-Nation Basketball Champ today

Bangladesh will play in the final of the Five-Nation Basketball Championship at Male, the capital city of Maldives today. Bangladesh will face the winners of the second semi-final between Nepal and Bhutan. The second semi-final between Nepal and Bhutan was scheduled to be held at the same venue on Wednesday.
Bangladesh reached the final of the Five-Nation Basketball final defeating Pakistan by 79-65 points in the first semi-final at the same venue on Tuesday.
Maldives have arranged the Five-Nation Basketball Championship. Bangladesh for the first time compete in the Five-Nation Basketball Championship and reached the final of the basketball competition.
The participating teams of the basketball competition are : Hosts Maldives, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan and Bhutan.
Earlier, Bangladesh played in the final of the South Asian Basketball Championship in 2017.
