Accused rounded up after 19 years of imprisonment

Rasheda Begum used to take the house of the emerging girls to the house. Later, they were forced to act against their will. Rasheda forced a young woman to sexual acts in fear of killing.
Later, when the victim got the chance to contact the family, the family filed a case against the accused.
The case was filed almost 19 years ago, but accused remained out of touch. In the absence of the accused, the court started the trial process.
After the long court process, the accused issued an arrest warrant by imprisonment of life term and a fine of Tk5,000 for another two years rigorous imprisonment.
RAB arrested Rasheda Begum, who had been hiding in the Shantinagar area under Bayazid Bostami police station on Monday.
