Jamuna TV reporter found dead in capital

Police recovered body of Kudrat-e-Khoda Hridoy, multi-media reporter of private television channel Jamuna TV, from a house of Lake Circus road in city’s Kalabagan area on Tuesday noon. He used to live in a garret of that building of the area.

The deceased Kudrat was a newsroom editor of the Jamuna Television multimedia desk. On Tuesday morning, some residents of a neighboring building noticed his room open and his body hanging. Being informed by locals, police rushed to the spot and recovered the body at around 11.45 pm, said, Saiful Islam, Officer-in-Charge of Kalabagan Police Station.

He said the youth had a relationship with a girl for 7 years that has broken up recently.
He, however, could not disclose name and identity of the girl, OC added.
