Foreign experts visits onion seed field at Madhukhali

A team of experts from the Netherlands have visited Lalti onion seed field at Madhukhali Upazila on Tuesday .
A discussion meeting was also held after visiting the field of Lalti’s onion seeds in the mill area of Nannu Molya in Lakshikanda of Kamaldia Union.
 Under the chairmanship of Walid Hasan Mamun and Md. Tazwar M. Awal, Director of Multimode Group, Project Manager of Advance Consultant, rs. Irma Verhoesel, Martin of from Water Mennonites, Saifi of Frame Delta, Dr. Md. Abdur Rashid, Dr. Farooq Ahmed, Md. Istiaq Alam, Haroon-or-Rashid and Md. Assad were present in the discussion meeting.
At this time, the speakers gave suggestions for the production of different varieties of seeds including Laltir BGS 403, Red Passion, Laltir King, Laltir Hybrid, Red Dragon to increase the production of onions in the country.
