Phoenix insurance declared 12pc cash dividend

The 40h Annual General Meeting of Phoenix Insurance PLC was held on Wednesday through a digital platform in Dhaka.

The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Company Mohammed Shoeb. The Company also declared 12pc Cash Dividend to the shareholders for the year 2025.

During the year 2025 the Company earned a total premium of Tk. 79.31 Crore and pre-tax profit of Tk.9.53 Crore. Total asset of the Company in the year 2025 was Tk.233.28 Crore.

The Shareholders of the Company expressed their deep satisfaction over the performance and steady growth of the Company in the face of extremely adverse situation.

The Vice Chairman Manzoorul Haque and Directors M. A. Majid, Mohammed Haider Ali, Mrs. Sadia Anjum Siddiqui, Ms. Fabiana Aziz, Javed Hosein, Iftakharul Islam, the Managing Director & CEO Md. Rafiqur Rahman were also took part in the virtual meeting.
