Bangla Bazar Govt Girls High School Alumni Reunion and Teammate Meeting held

The much awaited Bangla Bazar Government Girls High School Alumni Reunion and Teammate Meeting-2023 was held on its premises in the capital on Saturday.
The event was celebrated very magnificent atmosphere throughout the day. A total of 63 batches were reunited in this reunion. The programme started with the national anthem.
Dr. Mahfuza Khanam, ex-student of the school and former DUCSU VP (1967) was present as the chief guest on the occasion.
Former President of Asiatic Society of Bangladesh, Chairman of Khelagarh National Committee and educationist Anisa Kabir of 1961 batch and eminent doctors, educationists and social workers who passed out from the school were present.
Jahanara Parveen, head teacher of the school presided over the function.
Ranjana Biswas, convener of the celebration committee, gave welcome speech while Mohammad Rafiqul Islam, senior teacher and member secretary of the school, celebration committee, also spoke on this occasion.
The participants were dressed in bright and colorful clothes. The discussion session started with welcome dance and music. Later, there was dancing, singing, chatting, eating and drinking by the past and present students throughout the day.
The whole school became a festive outlook with participation by the students of 1961–2023 batches.
