College girl commits suicide in Chitalmar

Farjana Ruma (22), a girl student of Degree First year Class of Chitalmari Govt. Bangabandhu Girls’ College and daughter of one Kazi Akram Hossain of village Shyampara under Chitalmari Upazila in Bagerhat district committed suicide by hanging herself with a beam of her bed room on Sunday noon, according to a report received here.
It is learnt from the family members of the deceased girl that she had been suffering from mental agony for the last few days. On the day at noon when all other inmates of the house were absent from the same (house) she committed suicide and when they (other inmates) retuned home found her hanging with a beam of the house. When contacted A H M Kamruzzaman Khan, Officer-in-charge of Chitalmari PS confirmed the matter and told.
 after preparing the first investigation report the dead body was buried in her family graveyard without doing the autopsy on the request of the family members.
